My introduction to real estate began in 1965 working for a title insurance and trust company in California where my job was a daily poster to title log books the company kept. This was done by hand from the daily record of real estate transactions, registered encumbrances, easements, rights of away, financial instruments, etc., etc. from the day before that were supplied by the county clerks office - sometimes 200 or more in a day. After a year of working in the office, working outside seemed so much more attractive and a new punch card system looked like it was going to put me out of a job so I changed occupations. however, the vocabulary of real estate stayed with me with the thought that when I was older real estate might feel better once I had a broader collection of life experience.I'm committed to participating in the community in a cultural sense as an artist and a housing facilitator as a realtor.
My specialties are community knowledge and history, experience in real estate situations, real estate sales and listings, consultation, and specializing in full and accurate disclosure. And finally, satisfied customers.
